Amazon Released The Biggest Update For Original Echo

Amazon always has something stored for everyone. At just $99, the voice-activated Amazon Echo with the 7-inch touchscreen attached to it is proving itself to be a great product. Three years ago, Amazon created Original Amazon Echo, back then it was not considered a good product. With so many Echo products such as Echo Dot, original Echo, and Echo show, people had least expectations from it. Now Amazon has upgraded its smart speakers, Echo 2017 which is much smaller and affordable.

HARDWARE AND DESIGN

The all-new Amazon Echo 2017 is a compact and user-friendly product. It has revamped its layout that has removed all the plastic to bring its height under 6-inches. It is now covered in a soft fabric sleeve. It is now great to place anywhere in your home without worrying about the interiors. The bigger size in comparison with the Echo Dot is better as it can carry a powerful speaker.

SOUND

When comes to Smart speakers, the sound quality is a major concern. Though the latest Amazon Echo has made variations in this update it could not achieve a good sound quality. With Its new 0.6-inch tweeter and 2.5-inch down-firing woofer, it is not able to give a good and a powerful sound. The sound system of Amazon Echo lacks bass. For better sound quality you have many other options like Sonos One, HomePod, Google Max. But then they are on the costlier side. So, If you are looking for an affordable speaker, then you can choose from new Echo and Google Home smart speakers. But looking at the sound quality, the new Echo is better than the Google Home smart speaker. The company has introduced the multi-room audio feature which means it will let you sync music across Echo speakers when kept in different rooms.

VOICE AND AUDIO CALLS

The Echo speaker lets you make voice calls to your family or friends. It provides free Echo-to-Echo calling. Now you can use the speakers for VoIP calls and landline. Now, with Show, you can make video calls with anyone using Echo Show. The Amazon is making its products more capable and compatible. With the great price and good looks, it's a must buy a product.
