The Bootstrap is described as:

“the most powerful library of CSS that allows the user to make the web page fast and easily”

In simple language:

Bootstrap is a collection of easy to handle, reusable code written in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It’s also a front-end development framework that enables developers & designers to quickly build fully responsive websites in a very less time span because it saves you from writing lots of CSS code, giving you more time to spend on designing web pages and also it’s open source.

The advantages are as follows:

1. Responsive Grid

Now, we can get our own grid within few minutes by using classes in the bootstrap where each column is made using extra small, small, medium, large, and extra large breaks. The classes we can use are col-xs-3, col-md-3, col-sm-3, col-lg-3.

2. Resizable Images

Bootstrap is also used for resizing images based on our own requirements.
It can even change the shape of your images with the addition of classes like img-circle and img-rounded, and that’s without going into the code and design software.

3. Classes

Bootstrap has lots of classes that can be used for simplifying the work of us e.g table-responsive, img-responsive, btn-active, btn-success, containers, btn-lg, btn-md, btn-sm, btn-xs etc.

4. JavaScript

Bootstrap also allows us to use JQuery plugins. Jquery gives us the advantage to use Javascript as the bootstrap gives us to use CSS in a very easy manner. we can use the Jquery to hide, show, event handling and lots more that will be very easy for a non-programmer to understand in a very short span.

Documentation of bootstrap is very explanative to using of bootstrap that made me understand bootstrap easily and very fast.

Examples related to each and every usage of feature make everyone understand if they are non-developer too.

All we need an understanding of where should we use and apply the code and also we should be imaginative in case of what we want the site to look like.
