Human Resource
Human Resource module helps the HR team to efficiently manage human resources. HR module helps manage complete employee information and keeping a track employee records including performance reviews, designations, job descriptions, skill matrix, time and attendance tracking. One of the important submodules in the HR module is Payroll System which helps to manage salaries, payment allowances etc. It also includes travel Expenses and reimbursement tracking.
Inventory module
Inventory module can be used to track the stock of items and also it’s availability and when we need to replenish the stock. Items can be identified by unique numbers. Using that unique numbers inventory system can keep track of the item and trace its current location in an organization and also it’s availability and stock limit.
Inventory module includes functionalities like inventory control, Bills of materials, replenishment systems (One Bin and 2 Bin replenishment method).
Sales and Distribution module
Typical sales process includes processes like lead generation and inquiry analysis and handling, quotation drafting, generating and accepting sales orders, drafting sales invoices with proper taxation, dispatch/Shipment of material or service, tracking pending sales order.
Procurement module
As the name indicates, procurement modules take care of all the processes that are a part of the procurement of items or raw materials that are required for the organization. Purchase module consists of functionalities like generating the requisition which includes items required, the vendor or supplier information, supplier and item linking, sending quotations to the vendors, analysis of quotations from vendors, preparing purchase orders, tracking the purchase items, preparing GRNs(Good Receipt Notes) and updating stocks and various reports. Purchase module is integrated with the Inventory module and production planning module for updating of stocks.
